Maude's Alabama Bbq

I ordered the St. Louis Rib Dinner along with a side of Fried Okra. The meat was literally falling off the bones of the ribs. The barbecue sauce was tangy and added great flavor. I mopped up the extra sauce with the warm roll that came with the dinner. The okra was pretty good and the steam surprisingly did not make it soggy! Thumbs up for the hamburger, also. It was seasoned well and cooked just right! Will be ordering again!

Everything was delicious, we will definitely be adding this to our favorites. Ribs and brisket just fell apart. Mac and cheese was very good the bbq pulled pork was delicious, next time I would ask for an extra side of bbq sauce because I like alot of sauce. Onion petals were tasty too.

Mac and cheese bowls are different and fantastic. Paired with a side salad which has the right amount of dressing included and it is a great meal and my hard to please mom loves the apple pecan salad

This place is normally amazing, but my wings were literally **** today. Super rubbery and undercooked. I took pics, it was that bad. Never had a bad experience before now.

The pulled chicken dinner is fantastic. Its enough for 2 meals for me. I got coleslaw for a side and it was tasty. I liked the cornbread too.
