But this time, I literally had to cancel my order due to an understandable mistake and a horrible customer service by one of the managers working there. My wife and I are huge fans of Hawaiian BBQ, and we typically order the chicken katsu. I really enjoyed it, but my wife felt that the katsu sauce tasted more like standard BBQ sauce compared to other places we've been. Nonetheless, the food was well-prepared, and the service was outstanding. I also appreciated that the sauces were self-serve, allowing us to take as much as we wanted.
