Maui Thai Bistro

The best thing is that they have a separate Vegetarian Menu !!! We were craving to try different cuisines and found this Thai Restaurent online and we checked using reviews that they have vegan/vegetarian options so we decided to give it a try and to our surprise they have a full vegetarian Menu!! We ordered the masamaan curry and Hawaiian pineapple fried rice. The quantity is huge and for a second we thought we might not be able to finish it but since we were very hungry we eventually finished everything. Curry was really good and we liked the taste. And the fried rice was amazing too. We want to try the soup but we thought it will be too much. We also ordered some mocktails and we really liked them. We got a lychee and strawberry based mock-tail which were good too. Overall we liked the food and the place. Definitely a must try for vegetarian/vegan options. Must try the masamaan/yellow curry.

best fried rice i’ve ever had at a thai restaurant. SO flavorful and wonderful portion. the mac nut panang curry was also great to try, but overshadowed by the delicious tom yum fried rice! wish we had extra days to try more dishes.
