Maurizio's Bistro - Réservation de table

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, but I was very disappointed. We visited on a Saturday night with cool and windy weather. When we arrived, the hostess seated us outside without asking if we preferred to sit indoors. After realizing it was too windy and cool, we asked to move inside and the waitress agreed. The appetizers came out with cold drafts and the soup was warm. My pasta dish, which I ordered al dente, was mushy and overcooked. The food was okay, but not great. I would only return for pizza or something simple, as the Italian dinner was not worth it. The service was okay, but not very accommodating. I might have had a better Italian meal at Olive Garden.

We decided to try out DoorDash delivery for our meal and it was a disappointment! The veal parmigiana my husband ordered was extremely thin and tasted terrible, especially considering it cost $25. My soup and salad were mediocre at best. After factoring in the DoorDash fees, taxes, and overpriced menu items, our total bill came out to $56 for subpar food. This will definitely be the last time we order from this restaurant.

I wanted to give more stars, but the food really wasn't that good.I ordered a grilled vegetable salad and those vegetables were not fresh.The basic salad it was built on was fresh.I don't like giving negative reviews.You know, the young lady who served us was beautiful inside and out. She was also an attentive waitress and did her job well.Those 3 stars are for her.She deserves 5!

The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. When we arrived, it seemed like they were bothered by our presence. The wait staff made us feel unwelcome and as if we were inconveniencing them. So soo garlicky and so al den·te. I ordered five things and none of them I was impressed with. Also their eggplant was bitter and chewy. Two thumbs down
