I was really disappointed with the customer service. I tried to use the Xact air machine, but after paying for it, it didn’t work. So, I went back inside to notify the gas station attendant. I’ve noticed that about 60% of the Maverik locations I’ve visited have machines that are out of order. I didn’t even ask for a refund because I didn’t think I’d get one, but the attendant simply said, “We don’t control it, so there’s nothing we can do.” There was no offer to report the issue to the servicing company, no suggestion to put up an out of order sign, and no contact number for assistance. I am always impressed by the quality of Maverick gas stations. I would strongly recommend if you have a choice of gas stations when you get off the interstate, that you choose a maverick station. The gas is inexpensive and store facilities are impeccably attractive and clean.
I was having some car trouble driving from Island Park to Rexburg. I stopped here and the staff was really kind in helping me understand what was going on with my old truck. They helped me in every way that they could and I'm very grateful for their kindness.
We stopped in later in the evening on the July 3rd, and we had a cashier I believe her name was Myla and she was a kind women, she talked and joked with us. It just made the experience better

The restaurant was tidy and well-organized; however, the cashier was unfriendly during my visit on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
New building, clean restrooms, actually cold coke. Wish every gas station had a store like this.
Every time I have been to this store shelves are half empty and the hot dog roller is empty
