max enk has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. the unique ambiente, a well-stocked wine cellar, feed with ingredients from the region and a good service are the “ ingredients” that inspire us.

we ate there at lunchtime. eating was delicious, the service friendly and helpful, there was a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. again! “ sour eggs”, the court of my childhood, reinterpreted and super tasty!
