Our first time here and we didn't realize there was a band. We were really just looking to catch a quick bite to eat so we almost walked out when we saw how crowded it was until, I think the manager came up to us and let us know they had full service upstairs. It was a really cool, old firehouse with alot of charm. We walked up the wooden staircase and came to a cozy room with couches and tables and high top tables too. There was a television on the wall so you can see the entertainment downstairs and best part was a second stairway that went downstairs for the waitor to use allowed you to hear the music very well upstairs. Such good vibes in this place. Not only is it a tricked out firehouse with a jail cell upstairs, it's got live music every night and free pool. Craft cocktails (no cheap liquor, let me tell you) and small plates. Didn't eat here tn but would come back for tapas in the future. What more could you want? No parking but street parking.
This is a fantastic venue for enjoying music! It has a relaxed atmosphere, with nice decor and a skilled bartender. There's even a pool table available. The food looked amazing, but unfortunately, they had run out when I visited. I believe they stopped serving food at 10 PM, but it was a weekday, so that might explain it.
Only a great place where the mood, the staff, the food music were excellent. One of the best burgers I had everywhere. Beautiful beer menu with some NJ brews (not much at the dark strong end of the spectrum). This place should have a line out of the door every day.

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoy the live music, but it was a bit too loud last Thursday, making it hard for us to have a conversation without shouting. Typically, it's an excellent experience there.
Great live music, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of elbow room, good food, and all at a good price. Hard to beat that. It's about the only good spot for live music around here, so I hope they are around for a long time.
The new menu is fantastic! We had a wonderful time taking advantage of their weekday happy hour specials. They also offer an amazing Brooklyn Seriochi that you won’t want to miss!
The food is always fabulous and the staff is so nice!
