Desorganização, demora, serviço sem capricho. Falta treinamento e gerenciamento do pessoal. Café derramado na xícara ao servir, suco de laranja em vasilhame plástico que reduz a qualidade do produto e experiência do cliente. Comida servida em descompasso com a bebida. Pao de queijo frio. Esquecimento de item do pedido. Conta final errada, código do produto errado. Um desastre. Resumindo: gerenciamento incompetente.
