We stayed at this hotel for two nights on the way back from a ski holiday in Italy to see as much Innsbruck as possible before returning home. The welcome was warm and efficient and the very pleasant staff was always available to book advice, help, tables in restaurants, etc. I lost my bus pass discount card that was issued on arrival to us and this was immediately replaced without complaint. The room sizes varied, but all were immaculately clean and comfortable and the location on the edge of the old town was perfect to see the best of Innsbruck. Special mention must go to breakfast, which was an amazing spread with something for everyone. There were excellent egg, bacon and 2 types of saus...
Wow. This was exactly what we needed in Innsbruck. There were several hotels to chose from and all of the sites pointed to the Hotel Maximilian as the best one in the area. We can now see why. The hotel was very very clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. We especially loved the staff and their eagerness to help us in any way possible with shopping, transport and restaurants which are all situated within an easy walk to the hotel. As someone in an earlier post mentioned there isnt a bad room in the hotel which I completely agree. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Modern renovierte Zimmer, sehr zentrale Lage, wirklich sehr freundlicher Service. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet - bis (leider) auf den Kaffee, der war kalt. Das Zimmer ist vergleichsweise klein - für eine (oder wenige) Nächte in Ordnung, aber für längere Zeit zwecks Kleiderschrank etc etwas klein. Man ist an einem der zentralen Verkehrsplätze, schön für Stadtbesichtigungen, aber mit entsprechendem Lärm verbunden. Die Fenster waren geschlossen sehr gut isoliert, aber bei offenem Fenster kann man eher schlecht schlafen. In der Übergangsphase von Winter zu Frühling war das Zimmer noch etwas zu gut geheizt, demnach etwas warm über Nacht - da war lediglich der Kritikpunkt, dass wir die Wärme ni...
L'hôtel est situé près du vieux centre d'Innsbruck. Il ne dispose pas de parking, mais un parking public payant couvert est situé à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Nous avions réservé une chambre double supérieure et avons été surclassés. Les chambres sont modernes et élégantes, le petit-déjeuner de qualité. Le personnel est d'une professionnalité irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

We had a great stay at the Maximilian Hotel, we had two rooms adjacent for our family of 4 .Great location and great service. The front desk staff was the most helpful in helping us with restaurants and arranging rides to the ski resort . The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was superb . We would definitely come back
We booked this hotel on our trips through the alps right in the heart of the city, still only 10 minutes drive from the motorway. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The only drawback is that the hotel garage did not have a good charger for my car.

The Hotel offers what they call a "very nice" breakfast. They are under promising, and over delivering......breakfast is absolutely excellent and the service staff incredibly attentive.....don't miss it!!
