Now I didn't want to share this picture, but after what happened today, I highly recommend this restaurant. I first ordered online today, but I missed the article I was looking for. When I picked up the order, I asked the cashier, they sold the article I wanted because I couldn't find him on the internet. She got the manager to come and show me what I was looking for and after I had seen that I could get it cheaper, I just got smh!!! Then I order myself to drink and the manager offered me to buy the drink for me... Now I have said everything to say this; you cannot get a free product, but for me it was only the fact that he offered it to me without hesitation. I had problems with pizza place...
Quality of chicken was worse than the frozen microwave chicken fingers at the market. Quality of the pizza was worse than fast food pizza you can get anywhere else for half the price. Ordered a salad and got a box that I had to fill up at a salad bar on my own. Have not eaten here in many years. I remember the pizza being really great. It's terrible now. Took 40 minutes to get something that was prepared in 10 minutes. Food did not sit right and now I regret going. It's basically Chuck E Cheese food. Not for an adult's stomach to digest.
Actually, I'm a little disappointed. As long as I can remember, Mazzios is the absolute best pizza on the market. But it's been a little more than two years since my last visit. They changed their pizza dough. It's still good, but it's not something special anymore. It's basically the same as any other fast food pizza right now. I still rated the place 4 stars primarily because the staff was friendly and professional. I wish they hadn't changed their product.
Excellent food and convenient salad bar. They should change the tv's inside to something that caters to their slightly oder clientele, instead of ESPN. Not a single person inside was watching TV. If they watch something that appeals to them, they will most likely stay longer and spend more money. Perhaps, finish repairs to the seating area. Throw some new paint on the walls, ceiling and update the school photos on the walls.
