"Spent almost 30$ with my friend. 2 small sandwiches with a soup and a bag of chips. Dirty even though they had an empty sitting area. Also my friend got food poisoning. UPDATE Management was rude and didn't apologize or offer any type of solution."

Julian deserves a raise! It was our first time there, and he said oh I love new customers! He was so sweet to explain the pick 2 options and give his recommendations. The food was excellent, the restaurant was super clean, and great service which was a pleasant surprise at the end of a long day. I run a store and I would hire Julian with his excellent customer service! The only thing was the music was too loud. Great tunes playing, but a little hard to have a conversation. I’ll definitely be back soon!
Ordered a salad for pickup. Showed up a minute after the scheduled time in which the order would be ready. There were 15 people waiting to also pick up meals when I got there. Waited 20 minutes before my food was finally ready (people that showed up after me and ordered at the counter received their food before I did). I also requested no croutons, was given croutons (not a huge deal). Did not receive any salad dressing, either. Terrible experience.
30 minutes for 2 chicken Ceasars salads?? I ordered online at 6:15pm was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm went in and still stood there for another 15 minutes waiting for my 2 to go salads. Didn't get my order finally til 6:45 and they weren't even busy in the dinner room. I wish they still had the McAlisters out west. Even the 2 workers at the front were asking where the salads were.
Put in an order on line on Wed afternoon for p/u for Thurs at 11:45am. They could not find the order and the order was messed up. Pre-paid and everything. Was told there were alot of people waiting for orders put in and noting was ready. Will think if I use the restaurant for take away again. Can't image if I wanted a delivery, probably still wait for it.
