Our local McAlisters is an excellent deli. Assistant Manager Casey and the rest of the staff provide fantastic customer service. The prices and options for healthy food are ideal for both seniors and grandchildren. This particular deli is one of the best McAlisters, consistently clean with fast service. Our favorite items include the Savannah and Cobb salads, Reuben and Italian sandwiches, 99 cent complete meals for the kids, and their famous special blended tea. A must-visit spot if you're hungry and traveling along Camp Bowie in west Fort Worth.
My family and I come here fairly often, and the food is great. However, the service is what keeps us coming back. They have the kindest staff who always seem genuinely happy to serve you. One time I was given sweet tea instead of unsweet and when I told them, they were extremely apologetic and did everything they could to make sure this didn’t happen to someone else. Even mentioning that were intent on making sure it didn’t happen to someone with diabetes or dietary restrictions. They treated it like it was truly important to them!
