Mcalister's Deli - Réserver une table

This place was horrible we called and called and called to place order ahead kept getting they were close an hour and half before they actually were and we just wanted to have them get it together for us before they cleaned up and put everything away but no answer and we knew for sure they were open so we drove there when we finished work got there at ¼ to ten so almost closing and they said they already put everything away I said I've been calling for over an hour and a half and showed them and they said it didnt ring once .. well here it is I said .. I said u guys r still open and I'm hungry and made it here before closing so I expect to be able to order I'll be contacting the company tomo...

Staff was less than friendly. Upon entering the restaurant I walked up to the register counter, and the young lady looked at me like I was crazy. Didn 't say welcome to McAlister 's. Didn 't ask will this be for a dine in or carry out. Didn 't say a word. So finally I had to initiate by saying... this will be for dine in. Later I asked if they had lemons, for my tea. The girl told me we haven 't had a chance to cut any up. I said well give me one I 'll cut it. Her response was the lemons are in the back. I said OKAY....... and again I received the stare. So needless to say the customer service sucked!

This is the most apathetic staff I've ever encountered. Glad to read loads of other people have also had a crummy experience. Pro tip: being stoned doesn't get staff moving quicker or more accurately. Maybe revisit the 80s and get them lines of coke? At least they might speed up! Good grief.

Good food, just need to clean the place up so their rating can move from 96 to a hundred, that's what I go by as to whether or not I will eat there, I like a clean place with clean people working there

Very pleasant servers. Cashier was very polite and the food was really good. Even gave us a refill on our drink before we left with our to go order.
