Cashier on her phone, told her what All I was hoping to get for the pick 2 with sides and drinks and she offered no recommendations, felt like she was annoyed helping me. Very dry customer service. I ended up just leaving with nothing. I understand that workers are hard to come by these days but that don’t mean you should just hire any and everybody.

After a 45 minute wait, you tell me this is what I get?? One thin piece of turkey?? This is completely ridiculous, and after waiting on hold for another 15 minutes is was told “well that’s what it is” You all really need to relook at customer service

I ordered online, my order was supposed to be ready at 3:38. I arrived at 3:40 and still had to wait for them to make my order. From what I could tell, they never paid attention to they're online orders. Not sure if I'll give them another chance.

Outside matches the inside. Poor service, restroom no soap. 2 employees and no greeting stood there of about 7 minutes. I took my money to Panera across the street.

I had the Reuben and mustard potatoes salad. The Reuben was refrigerator temp, the potato salad was ok. Disappointed!
