MCBC Pizza Taproom Lee's Summit

I'd give zero stars, but there's no option for me. Called on place and order, I was told to keep. For 15 minutes, I was told that I should keep with a very rude attitude. I stopped five minutes before hanging up and calling back to pick up the phone and hit it down again. These people are unprofessional and cannot simply accept an order. If they can't manage their staff well enough to answer only one employee's phone to a paying customer, then they lost my business.

So you get a nice little voucher in the post for a big opening, oh I'm sorry, this store is not offering that promotion. I call, sir can you please keep, 15 minutes later I had enough time to order from Dominos and was still in control with PH. Terrible customer service. Food centres are busy and everyone has to understand that, but at the same time a company has to take some pride and care more about the customers.

Horrible experience never ordering again. Online told us 20-30 minutes, finally had to call after over an hour to be told they don?t have enough drivers and I could be the second person up. After two hours food gets here freezing cold. Would?ve been nice to talk to someone on the phone actually in charge and not the two flustered 16 year old workers. Horribly managed, awful communication.

Pizza was nice and hot when we took it. There was a long hair strand baked in one of our pizzas and the other pizza had not enough meat or sauce on it.

Had a problem with the app and had to call companies. Staff were nice and fast. Very helpful.
