We have been going here for years and always so happy with service and food. Tonight we spent nearly £120 on am order and when it was delivered we were missing 2 items. I phoned them straight away and told them, went through the order and was told I wasn't missing the items as chef had cooked them. After a few minutes back and forth I was made out to be a liar told them I would never come back they said that's fine. VERY DISAPPOINTED LOYAL LONG STANDING CUSTOMER
Good food helpful staff. But, having changed the menu, the food is now disgusting and I certainly won't be using them agin! My food is cold, the prawn crackers chewy. No, matter how helpful the staff are they can't do much such disgusting food We have used McChina Aldershot for well over 10 year an d loved the food, also it's now extreamly expensive. So my advice do not bother! 1/10 because the staff try to help but the food is now so bad, they can't do ought.
