McDonald's does not even deserve a star. I can't even put A1 on any of the Stars their customer service is so bad their bathroom is so nasty I went to pick up that food and I waited over 30 minutes for that food I watch other customers come in and pick up their food with Uber Eats and I complained at the register about their customer service they had one customer service rep she had an attitude because I tried to tell her that they needed to get some things on point with their customer service it is terrible I watched a customer come in ordered a shake and he waited over 15 minutes for his steak and he even complained about their customer service
i was told that mcdonald 's doesn 't do refills anymore on soft drinks? is that just because you guys are lazy? is this all mcdonald or just your mcdonald 's? because you seemed to try to make it sound as if this was all mcdonald 's locations and not just you deciding not to do a refill. just curious which one it was?
During my visit, I observed that the staff were not very welcoming to the homeless. I ended up giving a dollar to a homeless man who looked truly worn out from the heat. Even though I made a purchase, I was not permitted to charge my cell phone. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing.
It seems the staff still aren’t very friendly or attentive, and the food often has problems. I ordered a large fries, and every single fry was overly crunchy, which means several orders must have been like this. It’s disappointing and a waste of nearly $3.

I'm really disappointed that they took away the Big Breakfast meal (the one without pancakes), especially since many people are seeking lighter breakfast choices. It's quite a disappointment. Aside from that, everything else is fantastic.
It appears that they're not fully prepared to be open just yet. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the restrooms lacked soap and paper. Nonetheless, the food was delicious, and the staff was young and friendly!
The iced caramel macchiato here is only matched by Starbucks' Bucks. Prepared exactly as I wanted. The customer service was excellent. I’m giving four stars because I didn’t get a chance to try the food.
DROUGISSE ONLY! Since July 2022, they are only accepting government orders, and the building doors are locked. You cannot use your mobile order to skip the line with your car. Please be patient.
