I occasionally visit this McDonald’s when I’m in Golden Ring, but I’ve never experienced such poor customer service here. The cashier did her best to get help from the manager on duty, but the manager seemed indifferent to customers. She told the cashier there was nothing she could do about the internet outage that was preventing rewards from being processed, then turned away and acted busy. Her attitude was disrespectful and dismissive, ignoring my concerns completely. I paid for my food without any communication. I won’t be stopping at this McDonald’s again. Regardless of whether you’re paying or not, good customer service should always be a priority.
I had a frustrating experience at McDonald's because my entire order was incorrect. The cash register kept disconnecting, which made the situation even more annoying. Although the mistake was only $2 more, I chose not to accept the wrong order. The staff’s dismissive behavior was unacceptable—I believe customers deserve to be acknowledged and helped when errors occur.
Ordered. Whole order was rang up wrong!!! Why the cashier kept cutting me off. So get to the front. Manger suggest Since the wrong order is only $2 more i should just stick with that order. No sir. I cant tell you, YOU KNOW WHAT I DONT FEEL LIKEPAYING THE WHOLE ORDER!!! IGNORANCE ATTITUDE IS NOT THE WAY.

Been there few times and things were good, last night tried getn Ice Cream Cone and was told machine broke, called tonight and asked if Ice Cream Machine was working, the lady who answered my call, she Hung Up on me and didn't answer me or say anything,just hung up and wouldn't answer phone again
This place has never let me down no matter the time of day. I usually visit for breakfast with an unusual request, regardless its fulfilled everytime. With that being said I choose not to visit any others in the area. Thank you for such great customer service especially the drive thru.
Probably one of the worse McDonald's everm manager was very rude. In blue shirt. Kiosk didn't have receipt paper asked them to add some and she got rude with us. She got mad when customers wanted to order at the register. Also drive through takes forevermhad to go inside
I observed how the neighboring restaurant runs things. They offer a welcoming environment where families can eat comfortably while their kids stay entertained, much like McDonald's. It's wonderful to find a spot that promotes both dining and fun.

Sanitize water is a must online or at the cashier register because you're dealing with food you don't want cross-contamination dealing with food making a customer sick plus must be worn at all times
Great experience from a McDonald's drve through was very pleasant an every thing was correct on my order and the food was fresh and nice and hot employees are happy and very Pleasant
