Order is either WRONG or MISSING EVERY time. They obviously DO NOT care about getting your order right. Had to repeat the order multiple times and let them know it's because of a food allergy.... They don't care. Remade the order and they put it on AGAIN!When I spoke to an employee(over the phone) they told me that they watched it be remade and that I was lying! BAD customerservice, disrespectful, poor quality food and employees. This is an ONGOING issue. Not the first, second, third, or even 4thtime. It's just not worth going.... Go to Burger King just north on Happy Valley!
I began my visit at the kids' play area, and I was appalled by the sticky and dirty floor; every step left a residue behind. The slide was particularly bad, as it had some sort of drink mixed with vomit on it. After that, I received my food and, unfortunately, found a hair in my meal! They replaced it, but in the meantime, while eating the nuggets, I noticed a black spot in them. To make matters worse, my replacement burger had a strong chemical smell. Additionally, the noise level from the people behind me was quite bothersome. Overall, I do not recommend this McDonald's.
Terrible location for McDonald's! I stopped by during my 30-minute lunch break, ordered a chicken sandwich and a large drink from the menu, and ended up waiting 20 minutes while five other customers who ordered after me with bigger orders were served first. The staff were incredibly rude, and when I inquired about my order, both the employees and the manager gave me dirty looks. I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s location!
Thank you for preparing our fish sandwiches so neatly without making a mess! The ones from other spots nearby, like on 35th Avenue and Deer Valley, are usually disappointing. They don’t seem to pay attention, even when I request something specific. I truly appreciate the care you put into how you prepare your food.

Great place for the kids. And they allow you to bring in other food as long as you buy something. So we purchased some sushi ? from tahru and brought it to McDonald's so the kid could have fun as well.
The prices here are outrageous. A sausage McMuffin with egg is $6.39. at the deer valley McDonald's it's $4.19. why is everything $2-4 more here????
Mainly go there picking up Uber orders but everything is always ready. I have gone to eat there occasionally and it's always clean.
Order on the app everytime and I ALWAYS have to wait for it. Never ready when I arrive. Defeats the purpose of ordering online.
