It features self-service kiosks and has a compact dining area along with a single drive-thru lane. I prefer to use the app for ordering, and I have never encountered a missing item or an incorrect order. When I visit McDonald's outside my usual area, I often experience issues with order accuracy, but this location gets it right almost every time. I experienced poor customer service during my visit. The staff clearly needs better training. I ordered two big breakfasts that were supposed to come with pancakes, but I received them without the pancakes. When I asked about it, the waitress informed me that there are two types of big breakfasts—one with pancakes and one without. To add insult to injury, she charged me nearly $10 for the pancakes despite the mix-up. They don't seem willing to acknowledge their mistakes. Overall, I would not recommend dining here.

I’ve been through the drive-thru here twice, and both times the person handing me my food didn’t even make eye contact, let alone say “you’re welcome” when I thanked them. This experience is quite disappointing and unprofessional. The food is consistently cold, and the fries are always undercooked. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether. It’s surprising that McDonald's allows this location to continue operating. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.

I don't typically eat at McDonald's, but it's a snack that the kids really enjoy. I ordered a bucket, and the staff was very kind.
