As of 1/26/2024, I do not recommend this location. Absolute abysmal service. Rude employee discriminated against me due to a past day of service where I was dissatisfied. That same day there was a entire lobby of customers that were dissatisfied and angry too. I do not know the employee's name, but thanks to her i will never visit this location ever again. Kiosks are always broken.
The lightskinned LGBTQ night manager with a semi balding spot on the top of his afro spoke to me like I was one of his employees and told me a customer) to read the numbers from my QR code on my cell outloud to the older new caucasion cashier. It was her job to be able to read the numbers. I really did not appreciate his tone or demanding attitude.
Crew was arguing with door dash ignoring front counter… requested a refill on my drink and was told due to food cost an people stealing they don’t do refills on drinks. Cashier was rude a lacked professionalism…. Eggs were runny on sandwiches I ordered. For a new building an staff you all are doing a poor job at customer service.
Don't even bother with curbside pickup. First time I tried I waited over 30 minutes before I got it. Second time I got curbside I waited 45 minutes just to walk in and learn that they lost my order. It was barely warm when I received it. Don't waste your time just go through the drive thru. Réservez une table maintenant
This is consistently the best McDonalds within a hundred miles. Food is always hot, and the drive thru team is always fast and accurate and always have a great attitude. All McDonalds should be this good!
It took 30 mins just to order and then at the window they couldn’t get my order right it’s just a bad place overall.I corrected my order at the window and they still somehow got it wrong!
We decided not to eat here as the employees were rude. The lady in the front said, They can wait, I 'll be back! Nope, never going to return!!
