This McDonald's location struggles significantly with order accuracy. As a regular customer living nearby, I often find that my orders are incorrect. This issue persists even with mobile orders. Today, for instance, my daughter received a Happy Meal that only had a burger—no fries or apple slices included. Despite the "Double checked for accuracy" stickers on their bags, the food is still wrong. Although the staff at the front counter are always apologetic and quick to rectify mistakes, having issues nearly every visit is simply unacceptable. They really need to address this ongoing problem.
Savor your meal while it's hot and fresh! As the only McDonald's in the area, the drive-thru lines can get quite long. I rate it 5 stars mainly because the food is always served hot and fresh. However, the drive-thru experience can be a bit annoying. The wait often feels long, probably because the food is prepared to order. I noticed someone taking orders outside, which makes me think the drive-thru speaker might be malfunctioning, as is often the case.
I love McDonald's iced coffee, but this location is extremely slow. There are too many employees standing around on their phones, giving out incorrect orders, and serving cold food. Employees need to stop using their phones and remember that customers come first. If they want to be on their phones while working, they shouldn't be on the job. Many employees also aren't wearing gloves, and the front area has an unpleasant odor.
Unfortunately for the employees, the interior is very outdated. The soda machine’s carbonation was weak. Our food was typical McDonald’s quality. You need a token to use the restroom, and I waited at the counter for five minutes being ignored before finally receiving one.

My experience at McDonald's was disappointing. The food was cold, and nearly all the lights were off. When I inquired about it, the staff member said she didn’t know why that was the case. This gives me a negative impression of the place.
