Well this isn't the worst McDonald's in the area, but they are definitely competing for that title. Employees wear masks but half the employees I saw were wearing them incorrectly (not wearing the masks over their nose, just over their mouth). Look, do you want the person serving your fries to be shoveling them into that bag, exhaling little Covid droplets all over your french fries? I don't. Plus this McDonalds prices are a lot higher because it's on the beach. They do have dine in despite what Google says. Would have gotten one more star but we asked for no pickles on any of our sandwiches and found pickles on every single sandwich, which wouldn't have been a big deal but some of my group...
we were in charge for 5 minutes before we were asked to put up masks with which I was in order until we went our food forward to eat and saw the UPS driver with a package and low and do not see any masks. the prices are high, I suggest using the app as most fast food restaurants have much cheaper options on the app. This special md is right opposite the beach, very small business and parking, really need to look for them. I was walking and happened to come across a McDonald's, which was a pleasant surprise. It's great to find a familiar place to eat. The food was typical of what you'd expect at McDonald's, although the prices were slightly higher than usual. However, they weren't excessively elevated. It's comforting to know that you can enjoy a decent meal without having to spend $20 or more per person.
We ate breakfast 3 mornings at this McDonald’s while staying in a nearby hotel and each day we were greeted by a happy, conscientious worker. She always had a smile and was so polite. She made our mornings! On the third day we were helped by a different lady who also was polite and helpful. They were happy people and we were happy customers! Réservez une table maintenant
Very rude staff. Won?t call orders out when ready and fries are often soggy. Staff is 100% Mexican and communication is a real issue. The only time I?ve been happy with my visit is when I order using the mobile app and I don?t have to interact with the employees. Self service order screens are badly needed here.
Pretty busy, but given it's in a tourist spot, that's a given. Food came out decently fast after we ordered it, and it was fresh. Unfortunately the fried weren't really salted, but oh well. The customer service was really good as well, super friendly and willing to help.
