The restrooms were incredibly filthy, with visible messes present in both. In the ladies' room, only one toilet was usable. When we reported this to the manager, we were completely ignored. After a long wait, our food finally arrived, but it was cold. Everyone else in our group chose to eat theirs, but one person who ordered two fish sandwiches didn't want to take the risk. When they asked for fresh ones, we watched as the staff took the sandwiches and microwaved them before trying to serve them to us. Can you believe that? this load is a great load. I know because I work here, and if people know or don't ask, whether we're understaffed and people worked for long hours to try to run the load smoothly. I see people say that the personal is really rude. but as a customer come and scream the people before themselves eating over her is not right, the only put the order together, they must slip on the grill on burger trust is right. we do nothing intentionally and understand that this load a very busy and underoccupied take them the time to think about what really is going on. are they friendly and respectful and I promise you that they get it back I work 3pm to 11pm and everyone I work with is like family here and...

It's a McDonald's so I don't have high expectations but there were multiple problems. The milk in the kids meal was passed its use by date. They forgot an order of fries. They didn't give us ketchup when I requested it with the drive thru order. Now, I take responsibility for not checking everything before I left the drive thru window. They probably would have fixed things if I asked. But still upset about their mistakes with the order. Food itself was typical McDonald's.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Alice. She does an exceptional job maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and the staff always comes in with smiles. Alice herself is always cheerful, and if she happens to not be smiling, just make sure to share your smile with her and let her know how great of a job she does keeping everything spotless. I think it all depends on the time and location of the mcdonalds they go, but I have a steak egg and cheese bagel with 2 hash browns and they were really fresh, as there was only 9 minutes left for breakfast orders, and the inner was not even crowded in comparison to the wrapped line in the drive thru. hand was in and out of
Morning shift no personality, If you're not using the app slow at cash register. Hear a lot of talk from the back but orders still wrong. Dinner shift very nice and helpful. Don't believe lobby hours posted on door. Sometimes close by 7:30pm.
Don’t order curbside if you want to get your food within 15-20 mins. Walk in after waiting 15 mins and the food is sitting there in a bag…. While two employees are standing there talking and laughing….. Customer service these days is a joke.

The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. The chicken nuggets are perfectly crispy, and the fries are also always fresh. This is definitely the best McDonald’s in the area.
