this load is a great load. I know because I work here, and if people know or don't ask, whether we're understaffed and people worked for long hours to try to run the load smoothly. Terrible service with added dose of attitude. The young man at the counter who appeared to be new was trying his best and was polite, but whoever the young lady who was training him was, she was rude and seemed unwilling to help assist him. When originally asked if her register was open, she simply stared our way and rolled her eyes. When we placed our order, an ad that was clearly on the window for a 2 for special, I was told it wasn't available. With the changes made on the order, the lady afforded no help to the young man and our bill was clearly much more than what it should've been. At that point my patience was done and we left. As said, terrible service, and this store needs a reboot...
I enjoy having breakfast at McDonald's, and among the two locations in Aberdeen, I find this one to be the best when it comes to accurately fulfilling my orders and providing the menu items I want. Some McDonald's locations seem to struggle with breakfast items, but this one consistently does well. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The staff comprises a mix of experienced employees and newer ones, so it's possible for things not to be perfect all the time. However, there are skilled team members on hand, so it's a good idea to double-check your order to ensure you get exactly what you need. I will certainly continue to visit this location weekly. The service was quick, and the food was as expected. I ordered some combo meals and added a frappuccino for my wife and a slushy lemonade for my daughter. The young man who took our order mistakenly included the drinks as upgrades instead of separate items. As a result, my meal ended up without a drink, so I went back to purchase a soda. The gentleman who assisted me was kind enough to give me a cup and told me not to worry about it. It was a nice gesture. Overall, it was a minor mistake, and no big deal. My daughter ultimately wanted McDonald's, so she went with that option.
This McDonald's can be quite inconsistent. Lately, it seems to be improving, but I’ve experienced wait times ranging from half an hour to just a few minutes. Sometimes my order is correct, and other times it isn’t. The staff can be friendly and helpful, while at other times the atmosphere feels tense, as if a confrontation might break out in the dining area. On the plus side, their play area is open again, which is great for kids, but visiting here still feels like a gamble.
Never order from them through grub hub. Over an hour later and still waiting on food. Bet it will be cold by the time I finally get it. My driver has been sitting there for a while now. The live says it's less busy the usual so how is it they are so slow? Definitely lost my service as a customer and it Definitely gone down hill since I was a kid. this location is opened 24 hours via the drive thru. - close to 10 o'clock. Eating is always fresh and hot, especially the riders. I order my meals in the rule per app. they are not calculated until they arrive in the restaurant and confirm the code. the personal is super friendly and take care to ensure that the orders are correct. a clear improvement. I think it all depends on the time and location of the mcdonalds they go, but I have a steak egg and cheese bagel with 2 hash browns and they were really fresh, as there was only 9 minutes left for breakfast orders, and the inner was not even crowded in comparison to the wrapped line in the drive thru. hand was in and out of
