The staff here work super hard and accurately. BUT. Management keeps making employees stand outside by the drive thru lane to take orders. I asked if this was because of problem with the intercom but was told no. They have no shade, and no chairs outside or at the cashier window. Stop making them do this. While you’re at it, provide them their own N95 masks, paid time off for vaccines if they need it, a living wage and full health benefits.
Good, fast service, food is fresh and has not been sitting out to long. Note: This location is near University of Maryland and will be quite busy at times. Don't take your small kids here on Friday or Saturday nights. Go through the Drive-through, then to a park or home. TRUST me. I like going here more than University Boulevard because of the quicker service.
Good McDonald's. Prices are cheaper than some of the other ones around from what I've noticed through ordering on the app. They lose one star because they too often make me pull into a space to get my drive through order, even when there is no one waiting behind me, I suspect they do this to meet their time served requirements.
The triple cheese burger I had looked a bit like a mess but it was tasty and hot. The fries were good, salted and served hot. The staff were very polite. There was a bit of a wait for the drive though but after a few minutes it sped up. Réservez une table maintenant
This is definitely the best McDonald's I've ever visited and one of the top dining experiences I've had. They brought my food right to me, got me some water, and were incredibly kind throughout. I'm truly impressed!
Morning drive through line is always a 5-10 minute wait on your food and 90% of the time they bring it out cold or incorrect. And this has been mornings of trying to see if they will get it together
People are very nice. Now they have table service which makes it easier when you have young children with you. Waiter is very nice.
Professional and courteous staff. My kids still enjoy the Happy Meals. The Filet o fish is the best of all fast food restaurants. Réservez une table maintenant
