This was the slowest drive-thru experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. After sitting in line for 15 minutes with several other cars waiting to place orders, we found out that the system was down and they couldn't process any orders at all! It took asking about the delay before someone finally came out to inform us of the situation. The manager should have been more proactive in communicating with customers and perhaps offered some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. Additionally, the manager could have taken orders with pen and paper to keep things moving. My mother is allergic to cheese and she specified that she did not want cheese on her Filet O Fish Sandwich. We were on our way back home which is a few hours away so on the receipt it said Ketchup Only so we insisted there was no cheese and she even checked but missed it. So after taking a bite she noticed there was cheese and threw up in the parking lot. Management handled it well and apologized, as well as gave us a replacement; the cooks should 've paid better attention, but thank god her allergies aren 't emergency room serious. Be careful when ordering here.
This restaurant location is the worst. I go almost every day since I live just four minutes away, but there's always an issue—whether it's with my order or the staff. The manager needs to be fired; she yelled at my daughter when she politely asked about the ice cream that was missing from my order. She interrupted her mid-sentence and rudely told her to move on to the next order. The employees, especially the manager, are quite unprofessional.
I got to say man, this McDonald's is well managed. Loving it. Super clean dining area. Super clean beverage bar. Super clean counter. Beautiful flower on the dining table. Modern design. Convenient ordering kiosk. Dyson and flower in the restroom. Easy understating coffee menu. Giant Christmas tree in the lobby. I got a medium coffee and 12 pcs donut sticks.

Literally the worst McDonald's in this area. Fries are always cold. Food is never prepared correctly most of the time. They also give you items that you didn't order. With this McDonald's always always always check your food before you leave. One time I ordered a Big Mac got home and had a fish filet.
They fill orders steadily. My oatmeal and the coffee are hot. The dining area is larger than many locations. Some entrances are locked probably for security since it's a 24 hour location.
