Almost every restaurant faces its share of challenges, but there's a young lady here who truly makes a difference. I had the pleasure of being served by her twice, and during my visit today, she recognized me immediately. Her vibrant personality and radiant smile brightened my day once again. After she attended to my needs, I noticed that her warmth even managed to bring a smile to the face of the new staff member. Though I don't know her name, she is a lovely woman with curly hair and an infectious smile, combined with a cheerful demeanor. I hope the management acknowledges her contributions in some way. You need to verify the order before allowing customers to pick it up. I ordered two meals and two frappes, but only the meals were included. The driver claimed they didn't provide the drinks. I'm extremely frustrated because this isn't the first time it's happened. I feel like I should just forget about my meal. It's really annoying that no one takes the time to ensure that everything is included before sending it out. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Management is absolutely horrible. I was in the drive through for over an hour just to get a worker that is rude. not knowing what order it was and then disrespected me after she didn 't finish her sentence when all she said was 3 large fries. it 's the fact that she was disrespectful when she uses an incomplete sentence

most workers are polite. the manager is terrible and unprofessional. I don't know who hired her. they urgently need a manager. they should promote some of the other talented and professional workers on this site. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a double quarter pounder, but they must have been really busy because what I received was a half cheeseburger with a half quarter pounder. It's truly remarkable and unbelievable! Check out the picture!

I’ll give it a four on the days the wonderful cashier that is always cheerful and smiling isn’t present. The other staff can be rude and dismissive. I promise she is the reason I frequent so often.

Exceptional employee. I stop by the drive-thru today Sunday 8/21/22 and the two young ladies are unlike anything I ever experienced.....Keep up the phenomenal work of customer service

I ordered DoorDash. Had to wait two hours. Three different drivers had to try and pick it up. Then finally at 2am, I received a notification that the order was canceled.

Sat at the window for almost 5 minutes before I decided to pull up to the window and they were sitting on there phone playing. 6:11pm 08/21/2022 Worst service ever!
