We typically don't eat at fast food chains while traveling, but just had to try a McRib sandwich in Germany since we don't always have them available in the USA. It really hit the spot, the price was right and the service was very friendly. Great place if you're in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot of money. It's located just before the parking lot at Konigsee. There is very little parking available directly at the restaurant, so we parked in the big lot across the street.
We are here expecting the usual McDonalds service - Food tasted good. Staff were grumpy. Fries box dropped on the floor, picked up and used for the next customer. Wrong McFlurry given, big deal yes- McFlurry given by mistake was given to a child with a nut allergy and contained nuts. Not a great experience. We are not loving it. Sorry a bad McDonalds day. Won't be going back to this branch.

I came from Salzburg where a vegetarian like me does not get veg burger combo at Mac Donalds but at this outlet at Konigssee .I got a veg burger combo which tasted much like what I get in India and also an apple pie.The outlet has both drive in and sit out options service is courteous and quick. After Konigsee we wanted to grab something to eat on our way to Salzburg so decided to go drive through. It's your typical McDonalds food and quality but here it was served with a hearty smile. It makes a world of a difference.

the typical mc with typical food . it is good that they can sit inside and outside. it is also good for customers on the nearby campsite and has bus access before it. the big bus stop is next.
