They took really long to acknowledge that I was stopped at the drive-through, then took the other lane's order first. I kept saying hello, and then they finally said hi back. But then they disappeared for a few minutes. When they finally began taking my order, I had to keep repeating myself over over.I told them I had a coupon, and they were confused, but then said they understood. I went to pay they were charging the full price. I told them I wanted to use the physical coupon they were so confused about what to do. They got the manager he asked if I wanted to add what was on the coupon (a free hamburger) in addition to what was on my order. I told him that all I was doing was trying to use...
Once, I requested a receipt and was given one without the prices printed. Today, they forgot to include a straw with my iced coffee. If fulfilling a complete order is too much to ask, they should consider hiring more staff. The employees don’t even greet customers and seem like they either dislike their job or customers.
Took 45 minutes in line. Was overcharged since the girl was doing math on a piece of paper instead of the register. Fries were hard and cold Like they were out for hours. Soda was bad as can be. Again no type of shakes or smoothies or even sweet tee.Worst one i ever been to
I live just two blocks away, so this is my closest restaurant. However, every time I go, something is always missing, or the fries are refried. It’s really disappointing to come home with the expectation of enjoying my meal, only to be let down.

I ordered delivery and found that some items were missing when my order arrived. When I contacted the restaurant, the person I spoke to suggested that I just come in to pick up the missing items.
The staff really needs to wear hairnets, as I discovered a long strand of black hair in my burger. Make sure to inspect your food before you eat it.
The staff put in great effort to ensure you enjoy delicious food and a pleasant experience. This is my favorite McDonald's to dine at!
Norma cannot speak English- if she is the manager she should be able to just a little at least. Very rude and dismissive. Never again!

I order special breakfast ? pancake they charged hot pancake and sausage at 10:50am then said because over breakfast times
It's ok it's basically what you expect from McDonald's it is what it is but baked cookies are great
