Dear McDonald's, I visit every morning for a caramel mocha and I always receive great service with a short wait. Kim in the drive-thru is AMAZING! Thank you for making my hectic mornings a bit brighter with your delicious coffee!

customer service sucks and they're rude to their employees never a manager there when you need it was better when it was owned by McDonald it's all gone downhill since the O'Reilly family Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I was taken aback during my visit to McDonald's when the person ahead of me paid for my meal. I felt a mix of disappointment and gratitude. Acts of kindness like that are rare and truly show the goodness in people.
