If I could give negative stars I would. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for the way I was treated, if I was treated that way I guarantee there are more customers treated this way. I don't normally use food apps, but I was told sometimes they havegood deals so while in the restaurant I downloaded the McDonald's app... I won a free large French fry, which I never got. Itwas scanned at the counter with the rest of my order, but wasn't in the bag. i told the... female behind the counter.... shewasn't a lady... she was in a blue shirt. Just a diet coke!! This is always my go to when I HAVE to get a pop, because NO other restaurant measures up regarding taste!! I've always felt like it was worth going out of my way to find a McDonald's!!Then, the other day l discovered why. l read an article discussing why McDonald's was rated #1 for soft drinks. It has to do with a perfect formula for drinks every time! AND, THE STRAW WIDTH has EVERYTHING to do with getting the perfect taste!! The exact amount of each ingredient with pure filtered water, carbonation and flavor. And, a daily ritual of thorough cleaning of all machine parts. The perfect attention to detail makes the perfect soft drink every time!!
Great food. My complaint is all the tables were dirty and there was a homeless person sleeping inside at one of the tables. Kinda gave me a bad vibe along with all the dirty tables. There was lots of staff, but no one whipping down the tables, orsweeping the dirty floors. Nor did anyone ask the homeless man to leave or order, or at least sit up.
The prices are way too high for fast food, and the staff doesn’t seem very happy. It feels like management may not be concerned about these issues either. McDonald's used to be a good option when it was affordable; you could overlook the other problems back then. Now, with the increased prices, it’s harder to justify.

The server was distracted. I asked for a Double Bigmac, an off-menu item I have gotten before. I did not get it; I received a Double Quarter Ponder with cheese and bacon. Everyone wants more money, but no one wants to work for it. I am not going back.
I wanted to appreciate to a specific employee(Lucero) would made my day after a very rough morning. Who’s very nice and nurturing and made me smile. Which she can be a great asset to the company. I appreciate you Lucero!!
You guys... come on... take 1.3 seconds to put the sauce in the bags. Seriously it is not that hard. Missing 6 sauces today that came WITH the 40 nuggets. Terrible service for an easy job..
Love how every single time I come here they pull you around to a numbered spot. Like if you can’t keep an actual drive thru time then just close the drive thru all together.

The staff is not friendly at all. and i waited for 20 minutes just to get my food and surprise surprise the fries are soggy.
We never eat at McDonald's but had a 9pm sweet tooth and ran uo for a caramel and hot fudge sundae. Hit the spot!
