I would not recommend visiting this location. I've had missing items multiple times, and this time I double-checked before leaving. Additionally, they made a drink substitution without asking for my approval and also ignored my request for no ice. It took 25 minutes to receive my food from curbside pickup after placing the order.
This was my first and last visit to this location. They had no ice cream available in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, and the staff conveyed this with a rather rude attitude. I found it very disappointing, though not entirely unexpected for this island!
I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, but the Oreos were just placed on top instead of being mixed in. Also, there was no one at the counter when I arrived, and I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was terrible! I waited ages for just two small items. I ordered two McFlurries and had to mix them myself. Réservez une table maintenant
They never have fries available! Whenever I use the drive-thru, I'm always asked to pull aside and wait. Aren't fries supposed to be included with the menu items?
It's a McDonald's. Not particularly exceptional, but it's convenient and relatively affordable for Hawaii. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. They stayed behind the screens, and when I asked them a question directly, they responded rudely.
The French fries here are unique; they seem to have a little extra salt. The interior of the restaurant is lovely. Réservez une table maintenant
