So my kids love McDonalds. What kid doesn't?! For me when they want McDonalds I try to find the cleanest, nicest location since those are the ones that normally serve the best food. It's always a bonus for the ones that have quick drive throughs too. This location in Costa Mesa off of Harbor Blvd just south of the 405fwy meets all of that criteria. Our food was good quality and they got our order correct. It was a clean, nice location so I didn't have to worry about low quality food. Also, the drive through was fast and efficient. Very clean, quick friendly service. Not crowded at all at least inside where I ate. Kinda surprising since it was at 8am but still, I had a quiet spot left alone to focus on my work.I wish the specials they post on outside windows could also be reflected inside sometimes you kinda forget. I guess one could ask at the counter.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access from either sides it seem since outside looked remodeled.
The uber eats driver experience is so distracting and disturbing, when u order Uber eats there is no oversight they blast the driver with distractions beyond what the DMV can help with ... Oh then we need the picture of the driver 11pm in the dark. But oh we clearly just need all mess in a simple delivery .... Nobod sees the mess these drivers are abused with just to get a meal to u . Ask your driver !!!!
The Sunday morning staff at this McDonald's seems inexperienced. My girlfriend was accused of lying when they forgot her coffee drinks, and when I opened my McMuffin, I discovered that one of the muffins was missing. Of course, when I tried to raise the issue, they refused to take responsibility. That's all I have to say.

Horrible fucking service. Don't know why I expected anything else everyone working there was incompetent How are you going to repeat my order to me correctly and then give me the wrong order ! It makes no sense. Please retraining your employees thank you
I was really craving a spicy chicken sandwich, so I stopped by this McDonald's. I placed my order at the kiosk and received my food quickly. The dining area was clean and not crowded, with people happily enjoying their meals.
The app often offers great deals. My favorite is the quarter pounder combo! Most of the bakery items are delicious as well.
Drive thru had 20 cars get their food before anyone received theirs from ordering on app and going to pickup spot
