I am regularly in this place and have never experienced any problems. I received 3 orders from cold pommes. I asked the employee (who refused to share their names) for fresh riders because they are cold. she took the fries, closed the window, threw the fries while they walk oh my god, they want fresh fries. coworkers returned to the window, I asked their names. she had attitude and was extremely rude while she refused to give her name. she turned around and closed the window and consulted with employees as if we were the ones that caused a problem. Everyone was great in the ride thru plus we have beautiful hot delicious fresh pumices. They were also filled up all the way, which could thank you again. Carmel frappe was good as usual, one of my personal faves. We'll be back to this place when we're back in the area. Thank you.
