The McDonald's in Wermelskirchen is a prime example of how to completely ruin a restaurant. Order via app – paid, confirmed, driven there – and then it's simply canceled on the spot. No information, no apology, no attempt at a solution. Just pure arrogance and utter incompetence. And to top it all off, an eye roll. Unbelievable! The staff behaves as if customers are a nuisance. Loud, condescending, arrogant – a complete disaster. Instead of taking responsibility, they argue and react rudely. Such behavior has no place in the restaurant industry. What they pass for service here is a bad joke. Friendliness? Non-existent. Structure? Not a chance. Respect? Absolutely not. This wasn't an isolated...
Since the restaurant was closed for renovations, ordering was only possible via the drive-thru. We placed two orders through the app and specifically pointed out at the counter that we had ordered and paid online. At pickup, we were given a large bag containing two smaller bags. When I asked (twice) if this was for both orders, I received a dismissive Yes. After a 15-minute drive to the office, we unfortunately discovered that one order was completely missing, and we had wasted €25. This is truly outrageous. It 's understandable that one or two burgers might be missing, but an entire order?
So, aside from the fact that you're expensive and the patties are smaller than everything else, today was amazing Should I learn other languages? The milkshake machine has been broken for days. You can't make Magic drinks anymore, and it's really annoying other people. It needs to be fixed. It's been broken for days. Other people are annoyed too.

Most of the time there's no ice cream or chocolate sauce, you're in line for nothing at the drive-thru, and the tables need to be cleaned regularly.
Very friendly staff, everything prepared just in time, food warm, almost hot. Everything was very clean. I'll definitely come back.
The place was dirty. The food was soggy. And there were loads of overworked employees.
If you like cold fries and MCRib with a hint of sauce, this is the place for you.
