When fast food can't be put together in an edible way and they miss the most simple requests they're not worth going to anymore. I asked for no onions so of course it looks like they put on extra onions. Once I removed all of the onions I noticed that centering up some cheese on a burger patty is apparently a skill that you need to attend college or a trade school to master. I am ready for the switch over to the robots.
lines have been way too long the past week, and i got told i had to get my own cup from behind the counter because the worker was too lazy to get it for me. they were rude to me yesterday during the drive thru. i usually go to this location for me lunch but i have never had this many problems before.
The restroom was disgusting, I informed the cashier and he said they couldn't clean it right now. I finished my meal and my husband asked another employee to clean it and she blew him off. For the third try I asked for the manager and she got it done. It shouldn't take that much effort.
