Almost all McDonald's locations tend to be well-presented, and this one in New London, CT, is no different. The play area for kids is regularly cleaned, which is great to see. One of the managers has been here for what feels like ages, and that speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of service at this restaurant.
The cheeseburger pack offers great value for the price, but I've noticed that whenever I order fries through DoorDash from this McDonald's, they arrive cold and hard. This happens even if I place the order right before it gets picked up quickly by a delivery driver.
I've placed several orders for my kids, and each time, everything has arrived correctly, so I really appreciate that. I also ordered a box of cookies, and they arrived still warm and fresh, which was a delightful surprise.
The staff here is exceptional! I really appreciate that they offer lemons for my iced tea. I've stopped going to Dunkin Donuts because they no longer have them. Réservez une table maintenant
