This Mcdonalds location is worst managed location in Woodlawn area. Went today to pickup Doordash order and saw this one black order taker being extremely rude and hurling slurs to a poor Spanish worker who doesnot know proper English and was bagging food, there were other black and Spanish workers too but she was being rude to this particular girl saying stuff like which I heard from my ears this was good you would have been floored etc etc and mind you she was saying this infront of 3-5 customers waiting on their food. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs! This is the WORST location, and unfortunately the only one within walking distance of my job. Thank GOD that Chick Fil A is opening up soon. Waitstaff is rude unless you're friendswith the shift manager, otherwise you get ignored while they chat with their buddies. Finally get my mobile order looked at, andthe guy who is doing drive thru and supposed to be doing drinks just chillin on his phone, getting belligerent with anotherworker when she told him he needs to be doing drinks for the orders. That is when you're actually able to place a mobile order,since sometimes when they don't feel like working, they'll turn it off...
This McDonald's had an impressive and upscale appearance, and it was also very clean. I’m giving it 4 stars, though, because the entrance to the drive-thru is quite hazardous. When you leave, you walk right in front of the cars that are coming out of the drive-thru, and they often don’t notice you until you’re in the street. It's really dangerous, so make sure to look before you step out.

Customer service is pretty darn bad. But that kind of comes with a lot of fast food places that are not Chick-fil-A. But this one could be extremely bad from time to time. Just not very kind or courteous. Kind of rude when they talk to you. They pretty much never verify the order.
I only visit this restaurant in the early morning for breakfast, and that's when the drive-thru service is quite good. The customer service is excellent as well, so I have no complaints.
Multiple signs state they're open 24 hours but they don't. Google hours they open to 4am but In there and they customsed me they open 4-4:30am they followed when they feel like it.
It's very dark around the restaurant at night. No lights at all. Not a safe feeling. So I have to go to a different location at night.

My son really loves the fish fillet from McDonald's; he eats it almost every other day.
I was so happy that this McDonald 's actually had the Steak egg and cheese Bagel !
