Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

This Mcdonalds location is worst managed location in Woodlawn area. Went today to pickup Doordash order and saw this one black order taker being extremely rude and hurling slurs to a poor Spanish worker who doesnot know proper English and was bagging food, there were other black and Spanish workers too but she was being rude to this particular girl saying stuff like which I heard from my ears this was good you would have been floored etc etc and mind you she was saying this infront of 3-5 customers waiting on their food. Luckily to the Girls deference the other Spanish manager working came to rescue and they were talking to each other in Spanish so This black girl started saying speak in Eng...

I came to this McDonald's 3 times and unfortunately its gotten worse each time. The service time is slow. I spend between 5 -10 minutes in the fast food line minimum. One time I had to pull to a parking spot and wait an additional 10 minutes for a sandwich. The first time I went they didn't put an item I paid for in the bag, so they have go get it. They did it again on my last time, this time it was a fry, so I tell the lady that I'm missing a fry, and then asks for my receipt studies it like its algebra for 2 minutes and says I didn't pay which then I told her go back LOOK and reread she gets a manager and apologizes I guess the women which appeared to be latina couldn't understand 2 Large...

I explained to her that there were people in the lobby who had been ignored for over 10 minutes. Her response was that the counter staff was busy, and she was assisting with the drive-thru. When you have eight customers waiting in the lobby, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Their customer service, especially from management, is unacceptable. I also tried contacting the 800-6-tellus line, but it was even worse—I was on hold for 20 minutes before finally hanging up. The only platform left to voice my concerns is here and on social media. I may have 15,000 followers, and while it might not change anything, they'll be aware of the situation.

The restaurant itself was clean and nice but the bathroom was really dirty. And as I walked in the restroom an employee walked out of the stall and just walked out without washing her hands! I wanted to say something but was in a hurry to use the restroom. I did look for her after I got out but did not see her. I just walked out since I was in a rush to get home in VA. She was dark skin with braids and had long fake lashes with lot of eye makeup. That was not cool! Réservez une table maintenant

Customer service is pretty darn bad. But that kind of comes with a lot of fast food places that are not Chick-fil-A. But this one could be extremely bad from time to time. Just not very kind or courteous. Kind of rude when they talk to you. They pretty much never verify the order.

Multiple signs state they're open 24 hours but they don't. Google hours they open to 4am but In there and they customsed me they open 4-4:30am they followed when they feel like it.

I usually steer clear of McDonald's, but I have to give this location some credit. It's clean, quiet, and consistently meets my expectations.

It was a warm day, and I felt the restaurant could have turned on the air conditioning. Aside from that, my experience was enjoyable. Réservez une table maintenant

I never did receive my food and the service was terrible I definitely will not be going back there

I was so happy that this McDonald 's actually had the Steak egg and cheese Bagel !
