this is for mc donalds webster avenue gunhill rd ; yah really tried to disrespect with this type of order !! it was literally no care in the world for the food and customers at this location' no type of formation and organization !! which is ridiculous' this meat even tasted uncooked' there's a hospital right up on gunhill I would've thought at least more effort will go into the food since there's a scarce of restaurants around the way but this is sad. literally come here all the time especially as my last resort but I know it's fast food but damn
This was my first experience dining at this location. I'm not typically a fan of fast food, but I was quite hungry. I really appreciated how the digital kiosk system operates—it's quick and easy to use, with no waiting or fuss. They even bring your food to your table, which is a nice touch. As for the food, it's what you'd expect from a fast food place. I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and while it was a bit dry, it was still flavorful. Overall, it was a decent meal.
I found this place to be quite dirty inside, and it felt like customers were left to fend for themselves. It was misleading to say that nothing was available for consumption. The entire waiting area was taken up by diners. My French fries arrived on time, but the apple cake was served cold. I wish them the best, but there's definitely room for improvement. Food rating: 1/5.
I ordered a sundae and waited for 10 minutes, but they only served me half of it. I insisted on receiving the full order, yet they only gave me half a cup again. I will never go there again.

I went to use the restrooms and noticed that the entire place looks much better; the renovation is fantastic! The bathrooms were also clean.
Recently remodeled, renovated updated -State of the art technology very clean, nice decor, quiet staff, also friendly food was great
they were really nice and my grapple came out like five minutes, I was shocked that I never had a service so fast.
20 Piece McNuggets were very crispy and flavorful. The meat for the nuggets was white and fresh .
