I went to this McDonald?s today August 3, 2021, I will not blame the customer service on all the employees but, the server she was horrible. I got in my car something told me to check on my order. When I looked in the bag they only gave me one burrito.It?s supposed to be 2, that?s what I ordered. So when I came back (I forgot to mention that the parking over there is horrible)the short hispanic server gave me the burrito with no problem. When I took a bite of the burrito it didn?t have the green redpeppers on it?!?! This location is absolutely wonderful! The restaurant is spotless, and there are plenty of seating options available on the second floor. It's beautifully decorated with a lovely seating arrangement, and the picnic tables provide a nice touch for enjoying your meal. The staff is friendly and courteous, the service is prompt, and the food is delicious. I believe they prepare the dishes fresh when customers place their orders, unlike other places where food can be overcooked in warming trays or steamers. I will definitely be coming back!
The restaurant appears to completely overlook mobile orders. The staff seems indifferent to them, and when customers ask about their food, they're often met with annoyance and mumbling, even if others who placed orders later are being served first. There seems to be a lack of awareness and professionalism among the employees. Management should reconsider their hiring practices, as it's evident that some staff members are not receiving adequate training or accountability for their actions.

I'm puzzled as to why they don't implement the same practices as McDonald's. During peak hours, this McDonald's closes the upstairs area for cleaning. On the first floor, only three tables are available, yet there are ten couples waiting in line. Why not do the cleaning beforehand? When I mentioned this to the manager, they hardly acknowledged me and didn't apologize to anyone else who asked about the tables.
Came here to buy a pickmeup meal after getting my butt handed to me at work. Got 2 mchicken sandwiches. When I bit into BOTH of them, idk if it was bone or plastic but I found 4-5 fragments total from them. Not getting anything but fries from here atbest, like ever again.

Poor customer service; the manager at this location provided really bad service on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. The sundae was a mess all over the cup, and it was complete chaos! Additionally, there wasn't a single working hand sanitizer available.
