Usually, I order on the McDonald 's mobile ordering app and the order comes out fairly quickly. For whatever reason, instead of appearing on the ready screen, it just disappears. I had seen they skipped my number and had to approach one of the employeessaying the mobile number and my name. Maybe they put it with the wrong number, but there was no way to know. The staff wasn 'tthe kindest, but I could see they were overworked. I did receive my order eventually. It just took a long time to get it. A girlaccidentally took an order that had her number, but it did not have her name on it. She explained that and then the counterstaff rudely snapped, Why did you take it if it wasn 't yours!? How is...
I ordered a shamrock shake because the McDonald's on Atlantic Ave in Oceanside, where I work overnight, falsely claimed they don't serve shamrock shakes until 11 a.m. Then, they changed their story, saying the machine was broken. At this location, I had to wait about 20 minutes before asking about my order (#875), only to be told they were still making it. After another 10 minutes, I was informed that their machine was indeed broken and they didn't know how to process a refund for my card payment. Instead, they offered me a mango smoothie as a substitute. Overall, it was a very disappointing morning at McDonald's.
THE WORST WHEN ORDERING ONLINE ! It?s as if they?re not civilized and educated enough to complete online orders, when in store, you can check your order however, I have reason to believe they purposely pack online orders with several missing items becauseof them being lazy to complete the order. This has happened to my wife and I several times. Just order from other McDonald?s.Don?t even think about it
I didn't even get my apple pies that I ordered it's like 3 in the morning I'm tired from work and I don't have time to complain and get my apple pies that I ordered but I got a 20 piece nugget instead which didn't solve my problem but it is what it is I guess it's always this McDonald's that can't get simple things right and everything tasted bland horribly bland like it wasn't cooked right

The two old ladies who work here in the mornings are so rude with the customers for no reason. And the old Spanish lady is slow as if it?s not fast food. Like purposefully slow I swear. She never came at me crazy but I see her treating everyone so badly asif she didn?t choose to work there. Only giving two stars because my foods never wrong.
THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER. MY ORDER IS WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME. THE WORKERS LITERALLY JUST DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. ORDERED SWEET TEA LEMOANDE GOT UNSWEET TEA THAT TASTES LIKE COFFEE . THEY CLEARLY DONT CLEAN THEIR MACHINES.
The morning workers are pleasant. The young workers in the afternoon are rude. There’s always homeless people hanging out in the establishment and the smell is overwhelming. The young Workers always smell like weed.
I have no issue with the food or service at McDonald's. The atmosphere could be better. It's better to take out rather than eat there. Too many people, particularly kids, hang out here. There's a lot of in and out.

Not bad. Has better prices than many other McDonald's I've patronized. (I thought McDonald's, as with all other fast food restaurants had universal pricing).
