leb 2 minutes from the mcdonald’s waited 45 minutes until they get my order twice and they gave us another order that we had in the vehicle for 10 minutes before they came and got from us to take to someone else’s vehicle. had to go twice through the drive thrue and they brought us the half of our order, which should be made new, because everything was cold and still not correct
I waited about 5 minutes to place my order and another 5 minutes to pay, but I was promptly served at the next window. The staff was courteous, and the burger was both hot and tasty. Unfortunately, the fries were undercooked and served cold. However, my order was accurate. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for a McDonald's!
The manager at this location is extremely rude and clearly unfit for a management role. When I attempted to discuss my order, she ignored me and simply walked away. If I had the corporate office's number, I would definitely be giving them a call right now! Just to be clear, this feedback is about the Bells, TN location.
Sadly I consume more fast food than I should and this place used to be my go to. However, in the last year they mess up your order more often than get it right. I hope that they can get back on track with on brand service and accuracy Réservez une table maintenant
McDonald’s website states the lobby is open until 11pm, and the sign on the door confirms this. However, the door was locked at 9pm. Not very classy, especially when you’re looking forward to checking out the menu.
Just a McDonald's, but they are quite fast and reasonably friendly. I picked up a box of cookies from their menu for the kids, and they were warm and delicious.
The staff could be more welcoming. It often feels like they expect something from you. When I tried to express my gratitude, they just snorted and turned away.
They swiftly prepared our order, and it arrived hot and fresh. This restaurant has become a family favorite whenever we travel outside the city. Réservez une table maintenant
The food was pretty good. At Fakisten, the staff didn't permit anyone to sit down and eat, but we were able to stand and enjoy our meal.
