I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The hamburgers I received were raw, and the staff was very rude when I went through the drive-thru. I faced a long wait, and I’ve started to really dislike coming here. I have a family of five, including three children who are not picky eaters, so our orders are usually straightforward, but they NEVER get it right. Tonight, they actually got the order correct, but the quarter pounders were raw. Come on, Albany, you need to do better! On June 30, 2023, the service was once again the worst I could imagine. Nothing went right with my mobile order, even after waiting 30 minutes in line. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
Raw hamburger! very rude going through the drive thru. Long wait. I have begin to hate going here. I have a family of 5 3 children with no picky eaters so it's pretty straight forward orders and they NEVER EVER get it right. Well tonight it was right but with raw quarter pounders.
