This is a 24 hour establishment. However. You'll be lead to beleive they're closed when you pull up to drive through after the sunsets or before it rises. As noone comes to the speaker for minutes at a time. 3rd time over the course of 2 months coming todrive thru between 2 or 4 am and waiting over 4 minutes before myself and other cars pull off. This particular morning I pulledup to the speaker waited and pulled around to the window where a drive thru employee was handing a door dash order to a customerat the window. We stopped by this McDonald's today on our way back from Atlanta. Since it was early morning, we thought, why not grab some breakfast? How could anything go wrong, right? The food was decent, at least from the breakfast menu; I don't have any complaints about that, despite what other reviewers have said. However, the location itself felt quite run-down. There were several homeless individuals outside on the benches and around the nearby gas station. While we were eating, some even came inside the restaurant to ask for money, which I've never experienced before. Sat here for over 30 minutes. No one ever came to the speaker. Pulled around to the window to see what was going on. Employees kept walking by the window. They sent a an employee over and he opens the window and doesn?t say anything. So I ask him if it?san issue or why they weren?t taking anybodies order. He says oh we?re not taking any more orders tonight. There are literallyover 10 cars in the drive through and not one of your employees has the decency to notify the customers? He then proceeds to say?I thought the manager was telling everybody over the speaker??. I?m not sure how you thought that when you have a parking lotfull of cars waiting to order. The service at this McDonald's is absolutely awful—truly some of the worst I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. I ordered a combo meal and ended up waiting 25 minutes while they served six customers who arrived after me. When I finally raised my concerns, the cashier made the situation even worse by giving me a Coke instead of the sweet tea I ordered. My burger was cold, clearly having sat there for over 20 minutes, and I didn't receive the correct combo size for what I paid. When I asked to speak with the manager, she thought that tossing some refried French fries in my bag would make up for it. I'm planning to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is by far the most disgusting restaurant I've ever visited. The noise level was unbearable, with people swearing loudly enough to be heard from the lobby. I attempted to pick up my DoorDash order inside but was directed to go through the drive-thru, only to be told that I needed to come back inside. Upon re-entering, I overheard the staff openly discussing me and calling me "stupid." There was no dress code being followed; some men at the front were visibly showing their underwear and scratching themselves. The place reeked of dirty mop water, and there was trash everywhere. I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this McDonald's.
This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The level of service was practically nonexistent, with incredibly long wait times that made me feel like I would have been better off cooking at home. The food was served cold, and the staff had unpleasant attitudes. I noticed some employees brought their children to work, and the lobby was dirty. I placed my order at 9:16 and didn’t receive my food until 10:03, only after I had to raise my voice. Overall, the takeout service was extremely disappointing.

It's difficult to rate this one because we went around midnight to pickup an order. We waited in a full line for 1 hour. It was obvious that staffing was an issue and there were a lot of customers.
