It's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. The food is the standard McDonald's fare, but it was made fresh to order, and the coffee was quite good. I did notice that the prices were higher than at other locations, probably because it's in a tourist area. However, the drink station was rather unclean, and the lid dispenser was particularly off-putting. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, so I made sure to bring it to the attention of the management before I left.
Terrible experience! After placing my order in the drive-through, I had to wait in the mobile order spot because they couldn't efficiently prepare a child's strawberry banana smoothie. After ten minutes of waiting—during which my child finished their food—I had to drive back around and remind them about the smoothie, as I assumed we had been forgotten. Finally, after another five minutes, the smoothie was brought out.
Badly organized workers, seemed to be enough staff, but the line for the ride around the entire building was wrapped and the line inside was also long. That was at 3pm-not rush hour! My quarter faces immediately received, but then waited for a mocha-rappe forever - had to finally get their attention and ask for it. I'm not going to visit these McDonalds again.
This place is absolutely disgusting!! The pictures are just a glimpse into it. And the employees are down right RUDE! One in particular is walking around slamming everything she possibly can and giving everyone including my CHILDREN dirty looks. Never again. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant refused to accept the coupon code from the McDonald's app. I selected the correct location and received a code on the screen, but the staff informed me that it wouldn't be accepted. I recommend looking for better options nearby instead.
The customer service I received at McDonald's the night I picked up my order was outstanding. Both employees who assisted me were quick and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The menu offered a good variety, and I would rate the food 4/5.
Would not honor coupon code from the McDonald’s app. Correct store was selected and a code was given on screen. Told it will not be honored by staff. Don’t waste your time with better options nearby
Honestly could be the best Mcdonald I was in everything neat, Nice and hot. Although they almost forgot something, but who can blame that it was rush hour at the time and she fixed it immediately. Réservez une table maintenant
Staff could be a little more friendly. Also 1 sauce for 10pc. nugget isn’t enough. Ask for extra napkins or you will only get 2 lol..
