Super rude. Complained to corporate asking for a call back, never got one. Just an email i couldn't even reply back to. Management is the worst at this place. Ive had several altercations with managers here. Not just me but my mom also. Hadn't beento this location in well over a year until last week. I really didn't want to stop here but it was late. I completely regret it.Will not be stopping here ever again. Rather drive farther out than go here.
I tried to order two Big Macs because the Chiefs got a promotional bag yesterday. However, the woman at the drive-thru refused to honor the promotion, saying the Chiefs never received the bag. Even after showing her proof, she kept arguing with me. I understand mistakes happen, but if you’re clearly wrong, it’s better to admit it and honor the promotion. Otherwise, you should take down all related advertisements outside the restaurant.
Went here to get my son some breakfast at 11:20. They told me they were done serving breakfast and to get a McDouble. Who quits serving breakfast at 11 am??? This McDonald?s is so unprofessional in the way they speak to guests. The food is always cold.Don?t go to this McDonald?s. Sadly Roe Blvd doesn?t have many choices.. chipotle or someone needs to come steal the show
I paid for and double Hamber and large fries. I got a single Hamber and cold fries. Not to say you are paying more at this location than other ones. I went back for them to fix it, and they refused to fix it. I told the manager that I was going tocall corporate, he told me go ahead in an arrogant tone. Réservez une table maintenant
Every time I visit McDonald's, the staff is always friendly and attentive. They consistently get my order right, showing great professionalism. The entire crew deserves praise for their excellent service. The McDonald's menu offers a great variety, making each visit enjoyable.
Ok let just say McDonalds isn't like it use to be. If y'all expect to be paid $15 an hour you probably shouldn't make your food look like this and does anyone know what time a 24hr McDonalds stops making and servings cookies??

It was so dirty. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY! Employees were rude. Just stood around instead of wiping tables or cleaning anything at all. Health Department should visit this place. Nasty!
