Don't go to this place after 9pm. Slowest drive through ever. They didn't consider using both speakers. Possible do to skin color. Worst service I've ever received. Lady in the pink jacket smelled like poop. Seems like she had an extra chromosome. Ordered a caramel frappe she handed me a chocolate Sunday. I don't know what smelled worst her or the fillet of fish. Not to mention the whole store reeked of marijuana. Guy at the cash register was lighting up a joint. He says he runs fades for 20 bucks, I don't know if thats how he gets most of his money. The manager was tweaking, had a little white powder on his shirt. This is possibly the worst and slowest location ever. I stop here in the morning for a hash brown and a soda. I order through the mobile app in advance. Every time I get there, I still end up standing around waiting for 5 minutes. They never have hash browns ready. You'd think they could at least get my soda while I'm waiting since they literally just press a button and the machine does the work for them. But no, I stand there waiting while they show no sense of urgency or care that I'm standing there. They don't even ask if I need help or if I'm waiting for an order. And you can't even blame it on them being busy cause I'm there around 7am every time and there's 1 or 2 cars in the drive thr...
I just to come to this location on an everyday bases. The service is down the drain. Everyone has an attitude problem including the manager. In one occasion order a large coffee the cup was full of syrup and the manager rolled her eyes. This time I placed an order I asked for the usual. The lady missed half of my order. When I got to the window the lady was giving me someone else's order. Than when I looked at mine it was missing the rest. I told the lady the rest of my order was missing she had an attitude about it . I asked for no fruits or raisins on my oatmeal. I have an allergy to apples well they even got that wrong. I will never come to this location again. I will drive the extra mile...
I and several other potential customers were from a lazy employee who refused to serve us at 4 a.m. August 30th. After one minute or two of you on the menu, the employee would answer that 24/7 McDonald's had not opened for the morning. Either the open times for this location have changed and have to be updated or these employees have stopped taking care of customers. I hope this problem will be solved in the future, as this situation was always great for breakfast before work and is the next 24 hours McDonald's for many people in Lighthouse Point and Deerfield. Cant tell you how the food was because I didn't get it. After a late flight in from ny and rental car company delaying me I know i had limited choices. I I pass a store on hillsboro blvd but it closes at 1 so i know this one isnt far. I order in app and pull onto drive through and wait a good 3 mins. I then hear a faint low male voice tell me they are closed. I asked wait arent you open 24 hours and he says yes but our system is down. I cancel my order but mind you there are 2 cars ahead that were waiting for their orders so are you closed or not
I worked here in high school, 30 years later it is completely rebuilt of course. A modern, efficient store. Food was hot and the order was right with an adult staff on a Saturday morning. I was half expecting a bunch of sleepy teenagers to serve me. Count me as impressed with what they have done!
