This restaurant is awful. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull over to the side. I waited for 10 minutes while every car that came after me received their food and drove off. Frustrated, I went inside and the manager informed me that the employee had just taken my food out. When I went outside, I found that the girl with the food didn't have my order. I went back inside, and the manager showed me the same food the employee had, which still wasn’t mine. I requested a refund, and after I received it, the manager offered to give me the wrong order for free. I’ve been bringing my kids to this McDonald's for years, but since it was remodeled, they no longer have a playground for children. These days, I mostly use the drive-thru, so my rating is based on the food and pricing. The food always comes out hot and fresh, but I find this location to be a bit on the expensive side.
I received my order exactly as I requested. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal included extra pickles, and they managed to get my Bacon Ranch McCrispy to me just before midnight.
