Absolutely worst customer service ever (especially the older ladies in the front), nobody speak English, no one will greet you, when you walk in for a pick up, they totally ignore you even after you ?excused me? 3 times. The owner of this McDonald?s location needs to step up their game and hire some legit people. I?d rather drive further just to avoid this type of services. Oh forgot to mention, during the CoVid time you would think they are trained to be careful, wearing mask, etc. this lady consistently touches her mask with her bare hands and touch her nose and then handles the food. Ugh. It?s just disgusting.
I had a frustrating experience during my lunch break at the counter. I waited for 30 minutes, but no one was taking orders, the ordering machines were out of service, and the staff seemed indifferent to the situation. The only employee I saw was focused on fixing the sundae machine—which he couldn't get to work—while several customers were left waiting to place their orders or make payment. In fact, three of those customers had been there before me. I can hardly believe that a "fast" food restaurant in this country could make you wait 30 minutes just to try to pay, let alone actually receive your food.
Given the ongoing staffing challenges and the increase in drive-thru, online, and in-store orders, this McDonald's is managing quite well. However, if you go during late hours when there are only a few staff members, you might experience a longer wait. Overall, the fries are usually well-seasoned and freshly prepared, rather than being fried in old oil or overcooked. Occasionally, though, the chicken patties and nuggets can be a bit overdone and slightly dry.
I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. My colleague ordered food right before his shift ended, and I drove him to pick it up. Unfortunately, the two women who were cleaning the restaurant completely ignored us at both the drive-thru and the pickup window. One of them seemed to be the manager; she shot us a dirty look before turning away. After a long wait, my friend still hadn’t received his meal.

Terrible service! The manager was unprofessional and couldn't find my order that I placed through the app. Instead of resolving the issue, they just turned their back on me without providing any solutions! To make things worse, their response was quite rude, insisting they couldn’t locate my order. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's again!
I don't recommend. They never have the advertised Happy meal toy. This week it was supposed to be the dinasour eggs and instead we got another toy which was from last month. Other times is a cheaper toy that wasn't advertised. Its always the same thing when we've gotten happy meals here and everytime the kids are disappointed.
I was surprised to find out that they wouldn't allow me to use the restrooms! What’s going on with that? The town of Doral really needs to look into this issue. I ended up walking across the street to a Burger King, where I enjoyed a tasty burger and was able to use the restrooms that I had been denied at the other place.
Fast food done right at unbeatable prices! Everything here is delicious and truly satisfying. Come and try a fantastic hamburger, and you'll see what I mean. Enjoy your meal!
