Saturday, Feb 10, 2024, 8:35pm.Worst McDonalds manager in which I have ever spoken. Ms. Pattys ' management is atrocious and her leadership and example for the employees is even worse. My wife ordered using McDonald 's app. Ten minutes after I arrived to pick up the order I was told by her that the order was not made. I asked why. She said that the phone that placed the order must be present for the order to be made. I had never heard this before. I asked if I can just place the order now? She took the order. I conversed with her. (Keep in mind, the online order was paid for and I had a screenshot with the order receipt. The app says that the order is processed as soon as payment is received...
As always, I order everything on apps because I just like to be able to pull up, get my order and go. All I ordered was a large iced coffee with caramel, cream, and chocolate. Get there and the lady said it was canceled, okay cool I asked if I could just order at the window cause I only wanted coffee. She said yes and took my order, scanned my app and sent me to the next window. The girl at the pickup window made my coffee. It literally was on the screen and ticket what I wanted in my coffee and this girl handed me a damn cup of chocolate coffee with no ice. I took one sip and threw it out the window, I’m tired of patronizing McDonald’s and the workers can’t even get simple orders correct. I...
The morning crew often delays their drive through by not taking orders on either side for long spurts of time. Only one car (2 cars at the most) is allowed to sit at the 1st or 2nd window and all other cars remain backed up at the place where you place your order. Im not sure if this is yo give them a slow work flow or if they just are taking breaks.However, I just waited for about 6 minutes with no one taking orders and then when I finally order, they ask me to pull around and bring my food to me. If youre gonna delay drive thru at least stock up on what your customers are gonna order.Ive been here for 15 minutes...what was supposed to take 5 minutes is going on 20
This is literally the worse McDonald’s I have ever been too. I literally stay 3 minutes away and will drive all the way up old national just to go to Mcd. EVERY time I go to this one I’m waiting 30+ min for food. I don’t care what time of the day it is, what shift or if you the only car in the line they will have you waiting 30min just to bring you out cold food. The people taking the orders never sound like they want to be at work and when you go inside they just look at you for bout 10min then decide to take your order that you will still be waiting on for another 20min. They just need to shut this Mcd down cus hands down their employees are the worse.

This is the WORST, most unprofessional mc Donald?s on this side of town!! They hire any everyone ?machines always don?t work, they always be out of stuff always have to wait!! TODAY a ghetto , unprofessional little girl was cussing at me on the drivethrough intercom?. I had to pull to the window SO QUICK!! smh
It’s quite rare for me to come across a truly outstanding McDonald's, but every time I visit this location, the food is fresh and the staff are friendly.
Took 45 minutes to get only half of what I ordered. The sweet tea, one of the things I actually did receive had mold in it.
The service here is terrible. The drive-thru is extremely slow, and I will never come back. Thank you, but no thanks.
